Only exceptional timepieces are granted the title of ‘Meister’, such is the reputation for elegance throughout the legendary series of Meister watches. This unique identity has now been bestowed upon the new Meister S Chronoscope (027/4025.00), much as the progressive and masculine traits of the watch are as never been seen before. Featuring the characteristic design features of the Meister series – the interplay between convex dial and concave immersion of the totalizers therein, not to mention the articulately embossed main indices – this watch blazes a trail entirely of its own. Sporty, autonomous, but with its own unique elegance, the Meister S Chronoscope is perhaps the most eloquent Meister there has ever been.

Limited to only 888 units, this version of the Meister S Chronoscope exudes resolve, boldness, and a breathtaking design with its striking red accentuations. The curvaceous contour of the case sides is optically emphasized by the contrast of brushed stainless steel and the black PVD-coating. The edge becomes thicker as it runs dynamically towards the screwed crown to form a solid surround. The extraordinary edge protection, the screwed crown and particularly thick sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating on both sides provide effective durability and guarantees a water resistance of up to 20 bar for the Meister S Chronoscope, ideal for adventures on and in the water. The name of the watch is boldly emblazoned on the underside of the strap – as well as a design element, this also provides an elaborate solution for airing of the synthetic rubber strap, guaranteeing optimum wear comfort in even the most extreme conditions.

Upon closer inspection, the outwardly robust face of the Meister S Chronoscope reveals finely executed, intricate details. The minute track is engraved relief-like in the hour markers, practically immersed into the ring of the dial. An open, spacious form accentuates the dynamic effortlessness of the hands, with attention being drawn unreservedly to the resplendent luminous substance on elements including the minute track.

Both variants of the Meister S Chronoscope with metal strap (027/4024.44 and 027/4023.44) are unlimited in their availability. Brushed stainless steel meets a distinctly sporty dial including tachymeter scale – a combination which practically throws down the gauntlet for the next adventure.

The second, more elegant version (027/4023.44) is also extremely sporty – a mix of matte and polished stainless steel, the green-black sequence in the design of the dial and the dominant white luminous substance are fully convincing features. Even the stainless-steel bracelet speaks the definitive language of the Meister S Chronoscope: This comprises seven robust rows and features a fine adjustment which allows effortless regulation of the strap length – particularly convenient for sporting activities.
