TIMEX is entering the metaverse as the first watch brand to have a dedicated island in Fortnite Creative. This will be a unique and interactive experience that will have players “Race Against TimeX” in Fortnite®.
The challenge is for players to compete in multiple races against time in a watch-infused virtual world. This is a world beyond just time, it’s where watches symbolize empowerment by providing players with additional speed and powers that give them a competitive edge.
Over time Timex has remained focused on this challenging 300-year-old traditional industry. Timex founders were tech entrepreneurs and disrupters before there was electricity. As disrupters and innovators, this story continues, but now in the Metaverse.
